At Options Brewers, we understand that options trading is not easy. Our team realized early on that options trading is not just yoloing calls or yoloing puts in WSB fashion. Nor is it the complete opposite side of the spectrum of selling naked puts or calls, selling credit spreads or strangles in thetagang fashion. Those strategies are all part of the 2-d game, the linear spectrum, that the professional traders, institutional traders, and attention-grabbing marketing firms out there have designed to make you fall into their trap - the trap of thinking that there is some "fixed / mechanical" approach to trading, some holy grail, some simple rules to blindly follow, that will supposedly allow you to find your way to success. And they want you to think that those are the only ways to trade.

The reality is that real options trading is a game of 3-d chess. And if you don't know what you're doing, you're going to consistently lose money in the long run. If you don't know the best strategy for the right environment, and you don't know how to manage your expectancy, then you can kiss long term profitability goodbye. But if you can stack the odds in your favor, and if you can learn to employ strategies that limit your losses while opening yourself up to massive upside, well, now you're treating your portfolio like a business, instead of just a game of roulette.
